Kendall A. Broussard, CPA
President and Board Member

Ken received his Bachelor of Science Accounting from McNeese State University, continuing on to obtain his Masters of Professional Accountancy from the University of Texas, Austin. Ken is a Certified and Licensed Public Accountant in the states of Louisiana and Texas. Before joining his father at the Broussard Group he was with Ernst & Young International for 3 years. Ken is a Managing Member of The Broussard Group of entities. Client base primarily consists of health care providers such as Long-Term Care Facilities, Hospitals, Hospice, Therapy Providers, Physicians and Clinics. Ken has structured and negotiated acquisitions of various types of Health Care Provider entities. Co-Founder and Owner of the Broussard Health Care Consultants LLC as well as Synergy Care Inc., Brighton Bridge Hospice LLC and Louise S. Davis Residential Facilities, LLC.


Elizabeth J. Broussard, CPA
Board Member

Beth is a graduate of McNeese State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a Certified and Licensed Public Accountant in the state of Louisiana. Beth has been doing Medicare Financial Reporting and Health Care Consulting for over 20 years. Beth has an in depth knowledge of the Medicare application process as well as handling appeals for payment suspensions. She has significant experience in establishing policies and procedures for new Medicare entities. Beth has performed numerous reviews of Medicare providers for compliance with Federal guidelines regarding the Medicare program. Beth has excellent skills in medical review criteria, billing and record keeping requirements as well as a vast knowledge of the Minimum Data Set assessment tools and the PPS system.

Andrea Billen, M.Ed. CCC-SLP
Vice-President of Clinical Operations

Andi attended and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma, continuing on to receive her Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Central Oklahoma. She has been in therapy and been a licensed therapist for over 17 years. She is ASHA certified and was a Manager of Clinical Operations for Nova Care prior to joining Synergy Care in 1999 as the Vice President of Clinical Operations. Andi has extensive experience with Medicare Program Development, in depth knowledge of PPS and Outpatient Therapy. She has vast experience dealing with Medical reviews and appeals, and significant experience in establishing policies and procedures. Andi is responsible for over 60 facilities, 9 managers, and recruiting, business development and over 200 therapists in Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma.

Martina Partin, PHR, SHRM-CP
Director of Human Resources

Martina Partin works as the Director of Human Resources for Synergy Care, Inc. She has been a part of the Synergy Care Team for 17 years. Martina earned her Professional in Human (PHR) in 2011 and her SHRM-CP in 2015. She has been a member of SHRM for 10 years, ICHRMA (Local HR Group) for 8 years and ASHHRA for 1.5 years.

Martina lives in Lake Charles, Louisiana with her husband, Ronney. They have 3 children, 3 children-in-law, and one most precious, beautiful granddaughter. During her free time, she enjoys helping her husband in their construction business and reading.
