Synergy Care will provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology services to Regent Care Centers in compliance with all Federal and State regulations. Although we provide the standard therapies for your facilities, we can provide other therapy programs that can benefit your residents and facilities. We are focused on the future and developing new programs such as Key Quality Measure related clinical programs, aiding facility in compliance with IMPACT Act requirements, reducing Hospital readmissions and integrating care.
