SYNERGY CARE maintains an extensive Recruiting Department solely for the purpose of providing therapy staff. We will work in conjunction with the facility management when evaluating existing therapy staff to ensure selection of qualified team members. We will continually evaluate the staffing model to productively meet the needs for each facility while maintaining a high level of care for your residents.
